Sweet fuji apples complement the red fruit and hint of cardamom, cinnamon, and clove. The sweetness of the ruby cacao is balanced with the bitterness of cocoa nib and dark chocolate.
Amazing fuji apples were used to make this bar. They are incredibly balanced with acid and sweetness.
The newly discovered ruby cacao is now considered the “fourth chocolate!” Its pink color and sweet berry flavor are naturally present in ruby cocoa beans.
