Tropical and floral flavors of mango and pineapple are balanced with roasted and salted macadamias. They enhance the initial flavors of the bitter and roasted cacao flavor of the chocolate.
These ingredients are a trifecta of some of Hawaii’s best products and I wanted to highlight how well they pair with the chocolate.
